Insurance Information
At the Hanna & Mazer Dental Group we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures. We participate in many insurance plans – our administrative staff can provide you with the most up-to-date list of plans we accept. If this is your first visit to our office, please bring your dental insurance information with you to the initial consultation so that we can expedite the reimbursement process.
After each visit to our office, we will send the claim to your insurance company and most insurance companies will respond within four weeks with an explanation of benefits and payment. At the end of each month you will receive a statement with any remaining balance – your prompt remittance is appreciated! We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure/appointment.
If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 90 days, you will be responsible for the payment of your treatment fees and collection of any benefits directly from your insurance carrier. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any confusion!
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
