An important part of the Hanna & Mazer Group’s mission involves keeping the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable as possible by offering several payment options. Your co-pay is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Before services are completed our office can provide you with an estimate of insurance coverage, but keep in mind that it is only an estimate. After service is administered we will send the claim to your insurance company and most insurance companies will respond within four weeks with an explanation of benefits. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

Cash or Check
- We offer a 5% discount to patients who pay for their treatment with cash or check prior to the completion of care for treatment plans of $1,000 or more (i.e. crowns or root canals).

All overdue balances (more than 30 days past due) are subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month. Any unpaid balances over 90 days old that do not have a financial arrangement set up will be turned over to our collection agency. These balances will also be subject to all collection costs, attorney fees, and court fees that could arise.
A fee of $75 will be charged for patients who miss or cancel more than 1 time in a calendar year without providing us with 48-hour notice. Our office also charges a $30 fee for any returned checks.
